Front Desk Supervisor - Full Time

Shifts may include: Monday - Thursday (5-9pm) Friday and Saturday (4-11pm) Sunday (12pm-7pm)
Up to 40 hours per week with rotating schedules and flexible hours
Rate of Pay – Dependent upon experience

Duties & Responsibilities
Reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager

  1. 1. Appropriately greet customers as they come in the front door
  2. 2. Frequent fun interaction with guests and staff to energize the customer’s experience
  3. 3. Provide consistent, accurate, and efficient services at the front desk and other attractions
  4. 4. Frequently, efficiently and accurately count and exchange money within the point of sale
  5. 5. Regularly upsell services and merchandise
  6. 6. Provide accurate information about products and services in person as well as over the phone
  7. 7. Routinely delegate duties and tasks to team members
  8. 8. Assist with employee performance evaluations and progressive disciplinary actions
  9. 9. Ability to confidently and efficiently address issues with employees and customers as needed
  10. 10. Supervise employees to verify they are doing their job appropriately and thoroughly
  11. 11. Responsible for closing procedures such as cleaning the facility, cutting payroll, counting down
    drawers, counting the safe, making deposits and other accounting functions
  12. 12. Appropriate assessment of injuries and completion of incident reports
