Front Desk Supervisor - Full Time
Shifts may include: Monday - Thursday (5-9pm) Friday and Saturday (4-11pm) Sunday (12pm-7pm)
Up to 40 hours per week with rotating schedules and flexible hours
Rate of Pay – Dependent upon experience

Duties & Responsibilities
Reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager
- 1. Appropriately greet customers as they come in the front door
- 2. Frequent fun interaction with guests and staff to energize the customer’s experience
- 3. Provide consistent, accurate, and efficient services at the front desk and other attractions
- 4. Frequently, efficiently and accurately count and exchange money within the point of sale
- 5. Regularly upsell services and merchandise
- 6. Provide accurate information about products and services in person as well as over the phone
- 7. Routinely delegate duties and tasks to team members
- 8. Assist with employee performance evaluations and progressive disciplinary actions
- 9. Ability to confidently and efficiently address issues with employees and customers as needed
- 10. Supervise employees to verify they are doing their job appropriately and thoroughly
- 11. Responsible for closing procedures such as cleaning the facility, cutting payroll, counting down
drawers, counting the safe, making deposits and other accounting functions - 12. Appropriate assessment of injuries and completion of incident reports
