Galaxy Fun Park Robot Mascot - Part Time

Shifts may include: Mon - Thur (6-9pm) Friday (4-11pm) Saturday (10 am – 6 pm) Sunday (12 pm-7 pm)
Up to 32 hours per week with rotating schedules and flexible hours
Rate of Pay – $10 and up, dependent on experience
We have open auditions for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to help promote our Galaxy Fun Park brand in the Raleigh Area.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Willing to be animated and perform in a hot environment. Must be willing to sweat.
  • • Able to meet the physical demands of the robot mascot which includes, but is not limited to performing two to three times for 30-45 minute increments in a hot environment and capable of carrying the costume to venues.
  • • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • • Sensitive to others. Greet big and little guests in a manner that makes them feel comfortable, welcome and safe at Galaxy Fun Park.
  • • WOWing guests young and old alike.
  • • Follow Galaxy Fun Park’s operational policies and procedures as prescribed in on-line training.

Required Skills:

  • • The ability to lift or carry 20lbs is a requirement of the robot mascot.
  • • Ability to handle multiple task at once
  • • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
  • • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
  • • Positive attitude
  • • Customer service oriented
  • • Ability to communicate emotions and energy. Must be creative.
