All memberships are prepaid, non-transferable, and valid only at the park where purchased.

Am I allowed to Cancel my membership?
No, once the credit card has been processed, GFP reserves the right to refund any membership. This includes full and partial refunds due to relocation, injuries, deployment, disabilities, illness, etc.
Can I transfer or share my membership?
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared with anyone else.
Can I downgrade or upgrade my membership?
Memberships cannot be changed to a different level once purchased.
Can I make a cash payment for my membership?
Yes. All cash membership payments must be made in person at the Park.
How can I purchase a membership?
All memberships can be purchased online using a computer, tablet or phone, or in person at Galaxy Fun Park. Choose your membership above.
How quickly does a membership become active after I sign up?
Your membership is effective immediately after your purchase and registration.
You must sign the Membership Terms and Agreement page and receive your Membership Card and Membership Band to complete the purchase.
How can I use my party discount?
Please call our Birthday Party Specialist at 919-584-4000 to verify your membership qualifies for this benefit. The member must have an active membership at the time of booking.
How many times can I visit with a membership?
Your membership allows visits every day the Park is open to the public, excluding private events. Admission is limited to once per day at the park of purchase.
Can I use my membership to participate in a birthday party?
No. Birthday parties are special private events and are not part of a membership.
Do I need to renew my membership?
Yes. Your membership does not automatically renew after the initial 6-month or 12-month term. If you wish to continue your membership, purchase a new plan online or at the park.
When do memberships expire?
Memberships expire after the selected 6-month or 12-month term.
How many people are the memberships good for?
Each membership is assigned to one individual during registration and may only be used by that person. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
Exception: ONE FREE PARENT comes with Cadet memberships. The free parent receives jump access only and must be the parent who signed the child up for the membership.
Does everyone in the family need a membership?
Each individual who wants to participate in park activities needs their own membership. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Do memberships have blackout dates?
No. Your membership is valid every day Galaxy Fun Park is open to the public, but certain events are excluded. Memberships do not include admission to:
- Birthday parties
- Teen Bash
- Family Nights
- Parent's Night Out
- Camp
- Other special or private events
Galaxy Fun Park reserves the right to close the park for private events. Those dates will be posted on our website in advance.
Which parks can I go to with this membership?
At this time, memberships may only be used for admission at the park where the membership was purchased.
